The care that Dr Raval provides is exemplary. he should be a role model to all training doctors on how to treat patients. He has invaluable experience and knowledge and I was treated as an indivisual. What should be improved is the length of appointments, how is a doctor supposed to assess and treat an individual in 10 mins, putting strain on t he doctors themselves. I always find all staff at Broadwater Medical Centre very helpful.

The receptionists are wonderful and do a fantastic job of welcome/efficient action and advice. I appreciate you! Simple and immediate check in on machine. DR Kang empathetic, welcoming great clinician, asking few but very pertinent questions. I feel valued as a human being and hopeful of improvement as Dr kang heard what I was saying and is taking action. Thank you so much.

I'm a nervous patient but the nurse i saw (Vickie Franklin) made me feel completely at ease. I missed my last cervical screening because of my anxiety but vickiewas great and i couldnt have asked for more.
